Zoom teeth whitening ! And if she can't afford it at least get some Crest white strips because the teeth are yellow. White teeth will help a lot.

Not a big thing. The teeth can be whitened, and any paunch slimed up effortlessly with digital editing.

It's the non configurable bits one should look at. Is her body type appealing? Does she generally look healthy?

I think with this girl its impossible to judge off a single image.
