For one thing, you're resizing that image using html, which makes it look like shit. Either use the actual size, or resize it in something like photoshop. It'll look sharper, and you'll save a bit of bandwidth too.

The logo rocks, but your HTML setup needs some work. Also, use Photoshop to shrink down you image, it looks very choppy now
