Personally I think the gallery is fine enough layout wise but certainly not content wise.

Strategiaclly the Sponsor is doing a dialer and from the sounds of it they aint paying on that dialer income.

Thats gonna cut the nuts off profits in itself on this campaign.

Why didnt NoCarrier go and use a sponsor that pays some on Dialer Revenue if a dialer is comming into play with this scenerio?

IE: CeCash or something there are afew others that pay on dialer income as well so basically money has already been lost!

Also this galleries content is very weak in the niche it is trying to sell in all honesty I am surprised its getting the results it is.

only a $15 profit not including bandwidth? damn.... $300 is too much for just 100k of gallery traffic.

Yep, being a pro like you are I knew you would recognize that too.. I think the template is great. Tweaked it would be a fantastic performer. Considering the circumstances though, it did excellent for a "cold" posting.

I've got clients who are very happy with my work and come back time and time again and the reasoning is not based on a one day shot.

Actually I said I was not willing to put my ass on the line for somthing like this. Its High profile, I do not work "High Profile" where others will note and rip off techniques I use that get results for my own clients.

However I was defending some of you guys while people were calling gallery designers pussies by not stepping up to do the gallery for "Free".

I doubt this will hurt your business Eros, The design ya did is holding its own, but reallycould have gottin better results on other levels outside your control.:glugglug

few remarks:

I believe trial price shouldn't be mentioned on a gallery,unless it links directly to join page.
1.1% CTR having the trial price is very good.

The cost of the traffic is approx $2600/mil, thus only exceptional galleries/tours would turn a profit.

Duh ... having a 5 % click and 1:1000 ratio and having a good explaination, 1.5 % click and a 1:150 ratio is better ...

I always went for the low click thru and the high ratio ... and I've got very good results

I've improved my conversions by more then 5 times ... I had a shitload of stupid teen traffic and sending them on the nowhere doesn't convert for shit .

You hit the nail on the head.. there are just too many variables.. A sponsor could rock on one tgp's traffic and totally suck on another one's.. That's why it amazes me when people say a sponsor flat out sucks.. how could they POSSIBLY know unless they've tried every possible avenue. And as for the template itself, it's always important to test a template, then tweak it.. People who intend on posting a particular template more than once generally know they have to test it for a few days, streamline it to the traffic, and go from there.. Sometimes the same template will have ot have different variations for different tgps..

Myself, I'm not allowed to design for anyone else, although I would have volunteers if I could have. You did a fine job though. Better than most people could have.

the gallery design is fine, but the content is wrong. Im very surprised that people would click on that solo/softcore/soso girl... and still get that many signups!

Had you used cuter/teenier HARDCORE content. I think the numbers would be at least doubled.

I was just saying what works for me.
I can do ctrs of at least 5% and convert under 1:500.
I'd rather send the traffic to the paysite anyway then letting them exit the gallery. People do save paysites to their favs, especially those with sample vids.

Actually, I'm looking again, and I kind of thing it's the content that's bringing down the ctr.. it looks pretty fake. People interested in that microniche will want to see the "real" thing and not just on the site :)

Exactly, I joined the site seeing as thats the niche we have a paysite in and that site is all fake and any real FE surfer who knows what hes looking at will spot bullshit immediately

beleive me, listening to our member feedback in reagards to all those fake FE sites tells us alot. They can spot that shit a mile away. All im sayin is a surfer who knows FE can see that site is bullshit. God forbid once they see the members area when they join, what a joke. But thats not your problem I know.

You might want to consider doing another test. This time using hardcore content. You'll probabaly get a much better CTR and get a better idea of what a typical gallery does on Sleazydream

i think its because of your type of niche selection. Most surfers want hardcore and only hardcore. Not seeing girls ejaculate. You should of tried promoting teen and/or hardcore niche

this is the case with all niches in my experience.

from redheads to feet and balloons, if you cant get the niche right its not going to please the folks who are really into it.
