Uhhhh only a 1.1% ctr on the gallery??? EWWWW That should be around 5%? Not even as productive as it COULD be.

No offense to Eros either, but oftentimes galleries need to be tweaked to new traffic after initial testing :)

Your gallery sucks bigtime.
The clickthrough ratio is next to nothing. You're losing money on this.

For example, those lines of text on top of the gallery, nobody reads that shit. It's a gallery man, not a website. You should keep it more simple with a few eyecatching text links and your ctr will be way higher.

Add all that stuff up and figure out the true costs of doing galleries. Bottom line is you want to make minimuim 30% profit on your time and money spent . So if it works out do it over and over margains of profit dont have to be huge on something but tons of small profits add up to be one large one!

In my opinion all tgps that sell spots have figured out the best way to make the higher profit margains is selling spots . No cost for content employees designers just sell spots and collect high profit margains ! THATS smart!!

It would probably help if your sponsor didn't direct ALL non-US traffic to a dialer.

I'm outside the US. I have a working credit card, as do approximately 1 billion other people outside the US. Yet I was sent to a dialer. I'm not going to use a dialer. Most people aren't. And on the rare occasion that someone does, I bet you don't get paid for it.

The CTR is probably a little low because female ejaculation is a micro/small niche. It's not necessarily because of the gallery design. Furthermore, the conversions are high beacuse of the same reason. We also don't know what percentage of raw clicks is measured by dollarmachine.

Yes I know... What I would do is put a gallery up, see how it went, then change it and post the new gallery the NEXT day. This is a test thogh, but I am fully aware of what is a normal TGP rule :P I'm speaking in general terms.

Well, the ctr is really low though, for sites like SleazyDream.

But the conversion rate is pretty good, maybe because of the text yes.

But lets say the ctr becomes 5% that will mean 5x more hits to your paysite. Maybe the conversion ratio will drop a bit, but it won't drop 5 times.

I have tried a lot of galleries on a lot of those high traffic tgps, and really just giving the surfer what he wants (clean layout, and good pictures), will make him click on the smallest textlink. You don't need huge flashing, click here now, banners.

I'm just saying this since it was a nice idea of you to post this thread, and a 1% ctr is not good enough :).

He has the price prominently displayed. this lowers CTR and makes for a better conversion rate of those that do click through.

The big thing is the payout from the sponsor. He would be hosed with any other sponsor and those numbers.

Personally, I don't think so.

For many reasons.

#1 Female Ejaculation movies are extremely rare. I wanted the surfer to sign up to watch the movies. I just wanted him/her to be curious about it. :)

#2 It's possible to find female ejaculatin movies but I'm pretty sure that they're expensive, especially for a 300$ gallery spot test.

#3 Bandwith. I don't think that movies would've helped the signups. The bandwith would've propably killed the profit made by putting movies.

Interesting stats. Dollarmachine was my #1 sponsor before they started to redirect foreign surfers to dialers :(

As you said female ejaculation is rare. I haven't been to that site personally. My husband has had several memberships to some of the larger Female Ejaculation sites. From what I have seen the majority of them are fake. I also hear this from my members.

For your results to have any validity, you should have focused on buying a spot on a date besides memorial day weekend.
