Yep almost all sponsors have tracking or you can set up and ad server, but i think that might be a little beyond you at this point! (could be wrong just a guess!)

That would depend on the sponsor and if they track referring URLs in your stats, or let you setup unique trackers for each domain / page or whatever.

If you run a paysite, then I don't think you are a newbie.
IMO newbies shouldn't start with paysites.
