What book should I give as a gift?
My friend is is in prison for a murder (hes innocent of course) and he may be stuck there awhile. What is a good book to send him being that he has a lot of timeon his hands...

absolutely no pun intended here, but if he is in there for any extended period of time my suggestion would be the Stephen King saga "The Dark Tower":

there are 7 books in the Dark Tower Series that i am aware of (each are numbered in name title). i have read the first five so far and have loved them, if he starts one or two and likes them he will read the rest at home. i cannot wait to read the final two. if anything it'll give him hope.

Thanks thats a great idea, I remember that they used to be really rare and very hard to get. I was so happy when I was able to get just one of them but I didnt know that they ever realeased the rest of the series, thanks
