You can always play it off like it's a hobby that you have. The words you use to describe it, however, can make a huge difference. Try to avoid using certain words like PORN. Say ADULT. Hell, say websites for grown-ups if you want. That's pretty plain as day. I build sites that appeal to prurient interests. The point is, you're not some kind of freak. She needs to know that. This is a legal and constitutionally protected business just like any other. You're not selling drugs. You're not sharing needles. It's good clean fun, and you make good money doing it.
