Just went for a day trip to Big Sur
Beautiful. Well worth the drive up. If you're in nor cal and haven't been I suggest you take highway 1 up and check it out.
If you get a chance eat at Deetjens

Big Sur is very nice, but adds about 6 hours onto the drive from LA to SF
