now I go to work and look at small one:(
pretty hot, i want a flat screen :(
nice man..i want one
Personally I don't like having that much display space to look at. I've tried different sizes and the most comfortable are 17 inch LCDs which gives you the same screen size as 19 inch CRTs.
that monitor is nice... how much did it set you back...
very nice :thumbsup

Very nice. I've been thinking about grabbing a bigass LCD screen, but I have this if I want to go big. Excuse the shitty picture. The camera doesnt like the dark.

I don't think you'd miss anything with that! :thumbsup
haha nope. The quality is pretty damn good too. Right now the screen is as big as the room will allow. As soon as I decide on my new apartment I'll crank that sucker up and see just how big I can get it. The stats on it were something like 72", so we'll see.
Right now I have it running off the SVGA connector on the back of the computer, but the quality should get even better when I use the DVI connector. Just have to get myself a DVI-DVI cord. It definately works for what I need it for. |
Does that projection one loose any quality ?
It does, but BARELY. And I really do mean barely. Im pretty sure the only reason it loses any quality at all is due to the SVGA input instead of the DVI/DLP connector. When its hooked up to the DVD player or playstation with component cables you would be hardpressed to see the difference between the projection image and HDTV. I was astounded by the quality when I first saw it.
Im happy with a little ol' 17 inch. Does the job for me. No need to spend 2k on a monitor...I just got a 15" brand new monitor from best buy for $25...got it for my old laptop that the lcd had went out on.
