however I think I was still eating when I stopped to smoke for a while. |
My advice is basically what most everyone else said, eat. Protein is the key [chicken breast, fish-especially tuna, steak, etc.], potatoes, rice, that sort of thing. supplements help, fuck with some protein shakes and bars from time to time. work out 3-5 times a week, with heavy weight, and do decent cardio and you should notice some nice gains.

If you try to quit smoking you'll probably gain a lot.

Hire a personal trainer like me, he makes me go fullout at the gym and also helps me with my diet.
Pretein shakes, egg whites, rice - eat all that shit. Also watch the movie Pumping Iron with Arnie. You need to be motivated, all the years of being skinny should be enough. Good luck. |

To gain muscle mass you must:
First find your BMR and then add on any other calories you burn during the day (physical activities).. Consume approximately 300 more calories than this number per day, and construct protein/carbs/fats ratios like this: 40%, 40%, 20% then get in the gym and train like a beast. my site'll calculate all of this for you once its ready and explain it in depth. |
