Put it towards a down payment in a Vegas home. The market is hot right now!

Yeah dude I hear it is a good time to get in in Vegas. But to be honest I wouldn't want to live there. And yeah I could buy a piece of land and not live there but ya know... I just dont think I'd like that. :(
