Should I go with LLC? General Corp? Close Corp? etc...
I have a mainstream subscription site that will be launching in a few months and I want to get it registered... I'm not sure which type I should go with... here's some information about it...
- mainstream subscription service - a version of the site that I can customize and sell to gyms as a monthly per user fee - and down the road possibly a version of the service for corporate wellness. basically it is just me and another guy doing this, we're going to have coding that will guide people workout-wise and diet-wise to help reach their goals quicker, and with videos showing proper form... so those are 2 aspects of the site where people could "injure" themselves even though the content would be accurate... So... what would you recommend that I go with? A few people have told me just to go with LLC because it's most suitable for e-businesses. thx. |

Talk to an accountant and/or a tax lawyer. Everyone's situation is different and everyone has different needs.

Go with a "C" corp and do it in your home state.
Best way to go price wise, and with the least legal hassles unless you want anonymity. Nevada doesn't give you that anymore, but Delaware does. I should know we have corps in both states. Hope this helps. Slutty Wife
