Insomnia Sucks.
I can't fucking sleep. I've tried melatonin, sleepytime tea, tylenol PM, and I'm still awake.

Hey that does suck, but take it from someone who named his coffee shops Insomnia Cafes, I was the worst with that, and I still am if I dont exercise and work out at least a little bit.
Also mentaly preparing for sleep works to. good luck...sorry to hear that.

Alchohol works well for me...two or three Crown Royal's on the rocks before bed helps me sleep like a baby. Otherwise, I'd be up all night.

Do you love your bed? I couldn't sleep for a couple years...and when I did sleep, I didn't rest because I would have ongoing crazy dreams. I went out and bought a new king size bed and stopped drinking near as much caffeine, especially in the evenings. I sleep about 20 times as good as I did before.
