If you can get a bunch of PR5 links from sites that have nothing to do with adult, will this really increase your PR ?

Also, do the links really have to be visible (Link Text the same color as background)?

How about if you link them in a nosript section disguised as a message telling somone to enable java script ? (the google bots dont use scripting right ?)

Linking from non-related sites will likely help your PR but Google is smart enough to tell the topics of the pages linking to you. Getting tons and tons of non-related sites linking to you might boost your PR but it doesn't seem to help improve your rankings significantly. Good quality link trades with people in similiar markets is much more valuable.

Hiding links and text is not a great idea. Hiding links in the noscript section isn't going to fool google either.
