We had shipping problems as well. I stressed probably just as much as you. Fedex never picked up an order from the shipping company so 2 of my clients were stuck.

we had them on a plane the next day.
after much confusion, A courier picked up the cards from the airport and delivered them to the hotel for my clients.
I refunded the shipping fee to my clients even though I was out the cost of shipping (thus losing any profit).

My clients stressed just as much as yours did, however I think they are happy with the end result and the effort to make sure the cards were delivered directly to them.

Hindsight IS 20/20. I won't be making any last minute orders around the Holidays anymore.

Yea well I didnt know the room # or the phone # of anybody from DH . I sent a message to the employe I dealt with but I guess he didnt got it . I had the # of every other clients.

Anyways its setup right now I talked to DH :)

If you included overnight shipping, I guess I missed the part about why you had to mess around with trying to hand deliver them to people in Vegas. Why wouldn't they have just been sent to DH's home address overnight?

Is "overnight" no longer quick enough? :1orglaugh

I'm with you DH. Sure he did go out of his way to get us cards in Vegas even though it was a nightmare.

The thing is I picked up maybe 400 cards from her and I ordered 10k cards. When do I get my other 9k of cards. Is UPS still fucked up, it's been a while since internext and nothing has arrived.

I assume UPS is still not giving out tracking numbers. Plus, he told me they were sent and UPS fucked up and they would not arrive in time, so he re-printed them. This means there are 20k cards out there now, so actually where are my other 19k of cards.

IF they were sent before and UPS was just lagging I can't see UPS having a 14 day delay on shipping a boz of Biz cards.

So where are my other 19k of cards, and when will they arrive here?

You don't need the room #, just the name the room is under.. 9 times out of 10 it is the customers name

well one thing dud, i was the one in vegas giving the cards away and i can tell you that i really didin't had the time to go drop the cards somewhere i was so busy giving the cards away to the people that came picking up their cards, that i coul'd not even go to the show and missed everything.

i was in vegas stuck in a hotel room waiting for people to get their cards. + i went throught all kinds of bullshit to get their in u.s it took me 24 hours to get to vegas when it was supposed to take me less than 8 hours so i think we did every thing we could.

till that last moment i thought it was a scam but doctor dre came through with nice cards, he should refund the overnight fee. But thats it.

Nop overnight takes 3-4 days during chrismass time .

I was in vegas with 3.5k more you got the message on your cell phone + 4-5 call . Chowda brough more (I drove 4 hours to deliver you thoses) and you didn't picked up .

I sent them thru normal UPS (takes a long whlie) . I'l hand the tracking # on monday when I'm at my office . I sent the 9.5k more (free shipping I refound you your shipping) . I hope you still didn't expect to get them shipped overnight ...
