How can I check to see if a sponsor is messing with CCBill join pages?

I want to write a script that will check sponsor join pages to see if they are stripping out my CCBill refcode.

Can anyone tell me how a sponsor would do this?

I don't think that is possible since CCBILL hosts the join pages and the cookies cannot be modified by anyone except the domain that set them (ccbill.com).

It's possible. Take a look at the HTML for the CCBill pages.

HMMMM. If it is the way I think it is, it's god damned easy.

I tried my link code and my account only showed up in one place on the join page.
Then I added 1 variable and added a fake account # that the sponsor can add very easily. My account # was gone and replaced with the fake one.

It could be that CCBill holds my account # elsewhere and the variable that is shown on the join page is there for other purposes.

CCBill, can you confirm this?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking also, but I thought that it couldn't be that easy. So then I started looking at all those hidden variables...

Is there a fool proof/ironclad solution? This would help sponsors as well since it would vitiate any doubts.

A script might work.

Or hosting the join pages myself...

It would be pretty easy to set up a script where people can add join pages they wanna check and then have them checked once an hour or something.

If in fact it is that easy to change drop the account #.
