I'm always blown away by how cheap some people can be. Why don't you ask your sponsor to promote their program for you and just send you a check at the end of the day aswell?

Affiliate builds gallery, uses hotlinked movies, surfer previews movie, returns to gallery page and clicks my link. Same as any gallery, only sponser pays the bandwidth.

Also affiliates can host their gallery itself on my server, for the truly cheap...
