These guys are idiots who think they are on the Internet and it's all free, public domain or they do not have to contol their affiliates, even after they are told of the infringement.

APIC was finding stolen stuff on AVS sites all the time. People stelaing members from legitimate sites and effecting every ones income.

Also rewmeber the way AC dealt with their sponsors, just stealing the rebill money. This is the way these people think.

I am careful never to speak on behalf of Dion or Redlight. I know how much their content is worth and how bad they've been raped by asswipes. That's all I ever tell them, that their stuff is gold and they should be sharing in the millions of dollars their content has brought AB and DP and others - not penny ante $186 dollar web licenses which they only receive a portion of.

I've spoken to ZeroTolerance. They know what's going on I hope. What they do is up to them.

Very smart Mutt. I saw AB ads on the front for 3 years at avn. maybe the last month or two havn't had. I never mention that. I respect the studio companies and seeing that everyday on the front page of avn was like a slap in the face.

RLD make millions with their offline business, I don't understand why they're blind to the fact they're losing out on the other part of the pie. Also I recall one of their guys posting on a forum some 3-4 months ago saying that they then ceased licensing any new titles. Good idea but it seems that never happend though.

If RLD and Zero Tolerance stopped all their web licensing and no substitutes came along, that's what would be interesting to watch. These ridiculous little lawsuits do no harm.

I've talked to alot of webmasters and web companies - they say they'd be happy to pay substantially more for Redlight content if it was controlled and not so overexposed via the AVS systems.

AB's problems with copyright issues are well documented. Look at the thread re weblegal and AB.

Hopefully this will settle... most lawsuits settle.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. Titan Media (gay adult studio) has also filed suit against adultbouncer.com.

We are preparing for war against these guys and wont be stopped until they are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law, we are gathering more and more evidence daily. Hopefully this case will put a dent in the huge problem of internet copyright infringement on the internet.

Bouncer and DeluxePass get most of the negative attention when it comes to stolen content but there's another AVS which I'm beginning to realize is probably just as bad when it comes to profiting off stolen content - ProAdult.

Last i heard was that AB bought RLD from a comapny named KTel (SP?) located in ontario.

RLD Settled with AB and both of them are suing Ktel. I'm not saying AB is in the right as they have plenty of stolen content.

Hey guys just a little update, looks like the trial is getting pushed back a little, maybe 60 days.. We are finding out lots of interesting stuff about our canadian friends. So it looks like march or april. I'm excited, lots of depositions coming up! Its gonna be a good show in miami! :BangBang:
