unfortunatly it's spam.

i get 200 plus pill emails a day............. without pills spam would be cut in 1/2 or more

use them as a supplimentry sponsor. You can't make sales if you don't advertise them at all but if you are already advertising porn site sponsors also have a link somewhere on your page about wanting a bigger dick, etc. Something for people that simply aren't going to buy more porn to bite on.

On topic.. How are do they convert in the form of exits off porn sites? Anyone have any experience with this?

I have tried the PPC method but the keyword bids are very high and my ROI was negative after 3 campaigns. I hear so much about them I was thinking about trying again.

Throw it in your banner rotation, or make it a text link somewhere on your site.

Spamming is the MOST common method of pill promotion.

However you can make better bank on targetted or decent traffic. Just OFFER it to the surfer. People will go for it.

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
