Been there an done that Squirt. In fact in the middle of the third time with my steps. Not QUITE the same but every bit a pain. We also get the pleasure of fighting agaainst a backwards county as well. Full of half educated paralegals with one part time real lawyer. So I know what is what. IRS? Oh too well do I know them thanks to an ex.

Thanks for pointing out about the posts that Flimsey_Patent is making on the Yahoo ACTG message board...

I am NOT Flimsey_Patent... he has posted several links to my articles which is great, but in one post, he took my entire GFY post and placed it on Yahoo, without crediting me with the writing. One paragraph at the bottom states some thing like... "and that's why i started FightThePatent.com.... ", etc which could give people the indiciation that it was me.

Our writing styles are not even the same
