Help Us Choose New Features For Mpa2 - New Upgrade In The Works!!!

We are preparing for a new and very comprehensive upgrade of MPA2 - The Mother of all Automation Affiliate Programs ? and would like for you guys, the webmasters and affiliates, to come up with what functionalities would be the best to add to the program.

For both the program owners as well as for the affiliates sending traffic through a sponsor program using MPA2 as their backend.

Program owners and users, please stand up!!!

Shave that goes up to 11, rather than just 10.

I would like to see a pay per e-mail system. That way affiliates can set up confirmed e-mail pages and everyone makes the bling bling!

Also, some sort of Exit Generator. Have a system that swaps out what is converting on exit's and push the top sellers to the top of the console, also have it swap out the banner rotation so each exit has a different feel each time!

I'll have more ideas soon!

Also, buy this damn product! It's amazing!

bigdog - Hmmm... interesting - I like it.

Shoplifter - Hmmm... Uh, no.

GrimShawn - Both ideas very very good. I believe one is in the works, and the other one is being requested. Perfect! I am staring to like this!

And thanks for the props man!

That was a Spinal Tap reference..

Seriously, I would like to see a "lite" product that just handles cascade processing.

I knew I had heard it somewhere

As for "lite" product... this is something we have done for a few programs. Implemented the cascading into their existing affiliate programs. Works like a charm, but it required quite a bit of work on the programming side. We need to go in a look at existing codes, modify and implement. So the "lite" becomes a bit "heavy", but it has been done and can be done. But it does cost a bit. Unfortunately there is no "standard" way to do it...

Just had to chime in here being that we just got over the install hump - we are beta testing the MPA2 backend now. This is (in my opinion) the best outa the box backend you can get. We are very pleased with the outcome so far and any improvements on Mansions part would be gravy. If any of you guys have thought about picking this product up... DO IT!
Stop shopping around - this one is the bomb, really easy to set up - run and roll with.

Here are a few MPA Suggestions -
1 - Text area based template editors inside the admin panel for all MPA pages. This way you can really customize the look of this bad boy without extra programming.
2 - Checkbox/cookie so webmasters and admins don't have to login each time.
3 - Linking code admin features to support multiple tours including alternate tours and console free tours.
(ARS does this nicely via radio buttons). We got this feature rolling on our own but for others without much php knowledge - this is a must.
4 - Detailed help files for all features on the admin and affiliate side of the program to just plug in if need be.
5 - Admin option to set the minimum payout
6 - It would be nice to have variables to use that would be populated w/ data by the script. Example - to display a small table showing today's stats on the main page when a webmaster logs in.
7 - A hosted gallery feature for people like us that DO NOT use the same templates over and over. We make brand new custom galleries every week.
8 - Some more custom quarry features in the programs admin like partners with top clicks, stuff like that.
9 - Integer ad tracking for in-house campaigns.

Those are some basics, we could come up with a lot more but we need to play w/ it and think about it more for sure.

GrimShawn - had some smokn hot idea's - good calls man ;)

CAN you remove the shave feature from MPA2 so maybe I'd be willing to promote programs that use it

I know you will say it's up to the webmaster to decide if they activate the shave feature or not but why tempt them.

YES. This is a big, big feature. I'd like to be able to add dozens or even hundreds of different templates for GOTD and POTD.

Can we get it set so that a webmaster is not deactivated for inactivity? I hate it when I sign up for an affiliate program that I intend to use but forget and I suddenly have to sign up again. I usually don't bother. I'd like to keep them active for longer than one month. Maybe 3 months or even 6, to give them longer to send traffic and to give me more of a chance to contact them and try to help them with the program.

I would definately want to turn shaving off completely.

Looks great. I'm giving it serious consideration.

everything simple and AC Fred said. Plus

1. A notes section for the admin so we can place little notes about each wm. (i.e. suspect possible fraud, wm sent bonus for volume sales, etc) not just for deactivating a webmaster. something similar to what most call centers have but much simpler

2. more fraud prevention measures - display ip address of each signup, cross reference each signup with refered wm (though i think you are adding this one), show number of times surfer used pw (like the last 20 logins w/ip or something like that)

3. allow wm's to see break down of each day for current or previous pp.

4. log cross sells into admin db (not just the behind the scenes db) - at least log the members email address in the 'mail to members section'

5. allow wm's to choose which pricing plans to be offered to their surfers

6. in the admin section - show rebills for per signup sales - for both program stats and individual wm - that we can track a wm's productivity.

7. improved surfer analizer that doesn't require an exit console on each page of the tour.

8. a survey template in the admin section for the cancel page to better track customer feedback.

9. template for wm registration not successful

10. log wm ip address on registration and logins to stats area (another way to investigate possible fraud)

Would lowering the price count as a "feature"?

Here is my suggestions.....

1. Make it so you can modify the list of sites in alphabetical order or rearange them or something. The site list is a big mess unless you plan ahead for future sites etc.

2. Make it so you can activate and deactive certain pricing options instead of just deleting them and making new ones.

3. Make it so under pricing options you can modify anything.

4. Make the mass mailer so you can email certain sites instead of just all of them.

5. Make the webmaster stats page so you can modify and/or remove fields.

6. Under the admin webmaster stats you need something that shows how many surfers canceled and maybe even a rebill ratio.

7. Stats for webmasters where they can view their stats by top converting sites etc.

8. Need it so webmasters can view how much their checks will be for the pay period.

9. Options for webmasters to be paid by wire, paypal etc. No where to put this information about payment details.

10. More infomation and stats under the surfer analizer.

11. Beable to link directly to the signup pages.

12. A per active program.

Thanks a bunch you guys have an awesome program and it is good to see you care what webmasters want with the upgrade.

Wheew! Now I need some time to go over all these features and see what to reply - - - I can see already that there are plenty of the features "requested" that are already in the program, but I also see a few that I really like that we will add for sure...

Need some time with my techs to go over all of this before I answer you all...

Keep'em coming!!!

This is looking really good. Keep them coming.

We are gathering the best ideas, comparing them to the ones we get on an ongoing basis from existing customers, rating them and will announce the new ones to existing customers first. Then of course publicly...

We have a solid product already, but I can already see how sick solid it will be after this upgrade. Sweeeet!

We still want your help to make the best out of the best though, so if you are an existing MPA2 user, an affiliate, a potential user or affiliate or a processor - - - give us everything you have.

This will be a nice feature

All the pre-fill info would collected and tracked comming from each affiliate

Each affiliate would be able to collect all the single opt-in emails from his traffic and be able to mail out emails from assorted approved templates/ sponsors

I change my mind with the new visa rules.

Please work on customer support (ticket, easy refund process, live support) and scrubing security feature to prevent fraund.
(IP in russia, credit car in US.... multiple signups with various credit card on the same IP, etc etc etc. Anything that we can prevent some transaction before sending them for process

I don,t care about anymore about BYOT and funny feature.
Bring us security feature to prevent charge back and keep us in business.

maybe add the the post above individual affiliate chargeback ratios stats with either a top x "watch list" or email notification of unusual activity.
ability to give small bonus % payouts to webmasters who's traffic has low chargeback ratio.

There is no doubt that features for detecting fraud will be key.

Great suggestions and duly noted!

We are in the middle of it now, and once we have picked out, programmed and tested the latest features (that we havent already implemented so far) we will announce the upgrade date.
