According to the CBC things are basically the same as when we were in first place, the UN just changed how they measure and rank things.

I guess bearing the slip in mind it will make it harder to justify taxing productive citizens at %50 when there is not much of anything to show for it anymore.

I think it is more important who are the "worst" ten on the list rather then the "best" ten that shuffle around a bit from year to year.

IMO - who cares if Canada moves up or down a few notches.

Sierra Leone, on the bottom of the list is also one of the worst offenders for Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) - improperly called "female circumcision"

The fact that Female Genital Mutilation has not been terminated on a global basis is - THE PROOF - of global female sexual inequality.
