Problem is that you have also said around mid April that new cards would start going out the week after, that turned out to be - not true.
In the Paxum account overview, people's card are in "Printing" since more than the stated 10 business days, so that part also turned out to be - not true. Thing here is that it is really hard to know what part of what you/Paxum say is true and not, since several things in the last weeks have turned out to not be as you say. There is one timeline or expected time said, then it's broken and no explanation as to why and no new timeframe is set either.

I forgot to say, that card has expired just in time when there was a release of a new card. So, they just sent me that new card instead of the expired one. But I'm afraid I have lost the funds, because as I know they can't return funds from the card to the main account and the new card will be another bank

But I already got an email that a new replacement card will be shipped to me. Why would I have to request and pay the fee, when I was told it will be printed shipped free of charge as a replacement? I do not get it. If I request a card, what if I get 2 cards this way? The one they said they would send, and the one I would request. Why would I need 2 cards then pay the fee for both next year and once for the one I am requesting this year? Or... To cancel one of them. Please... I need some real clarification.
