A support ticket, 24 hours. An important support ticket, 12 hours. An urgent support ticket 2 hours MAX.
After that, I'm very irked at the company. When it takes someone 8 days to respond to email, it's bad news. When it takes them 22 days, it's bad news. What kind of pay you talking? Just curious. I never wanna do the sys admin thing again.

I use isprime, all of my problems are usually handled with in 5mins
10mins max.
