It is also my opinion that they have the worst run system for accepting payment in the world.

It is my opinion that many of the things they say are true when in fact have been LIES.

It is a fact that I have all of the original master tapes of all the things that may or may not be true.

It is my opinion that anyone seeing these original masters would agree with most of my opinions.

ATT: CANDID

On more than one occasion I have attempted to pay any balance in full with a valid us credit card issued from a us bank.

On more than one occasion you refused to accept my payment.

It is a FACT that you require customers to SIGN A CONTRACT to pay you! I hope that fact is on your website, I never saw it and never had to sign a contract just to give someone my MONEY.

It is a fact that you have cost me money, caused me embarassment in front of my peers.

It is a fact that your system has failed on more than one occasion during the airing of a critical show. (Ask D-Money if you know him)
I have an entire list of my customers that have had your network fail during critical moments.

If you woud like a list of the other shows that you've cost me time and money on I will be glad to provide via any method, or even post it here if you wish. Every one of them would come to court for me and state what I have outlined as fact.

I am posting this in this public forum one last time just in case you didn't get the email I cc'd to everyone I knew at your company.

SEND ME THE FINAL INVOICE VIA REGISTERED MAIL WITH RETURN RECEIPT VERIFICATION SO I CAN PAY YOU FUCKS AND GET RID OF YOU FOR GOOD.

And on one final note.. that contract that you tried to force me to sign... gee.. what's the legal term for that?

I'll ask my atty in the am.

I've also not had any problems with candid. These guys cut me a sweet deal to help me get started when other companies didn't even want to reply to my phone calls.

Is it just me or isn't there supposed to be some kind of support or contact or response during business hours?

Or am I just asking way too much of a host?

Maybe I'm just unreasonable and don't get how hard it must be for people to answer a phone.

the thing I dont like about a few of the bigger adult hosts is they treat their customers too much like a webmaster would treat a surfer. In business to business, it gives me a bad taste when someone is using really aggressive sales techniques.

Id also never sign a credit card authorization form, and wont pay hosting by credit card.

I can see why you do not feel the need to sign a credit card form. From all of your signatures we have at candid hosting they do not mean much to you. Since we have many bounced checks that have your wifes signature on them.(which I will be posting shortly) Not to mention the numerous declined credit cards we have on file.
Maybe you should spend more time making money then bitching at people that try to help you when your account is 4 months behind. I guess we are the idiots for trying to help out such a guru like yourself.
