Here's one of mine. Cool mofo.
http://buttbucks.com/mypics/kobey.jpg He gets harrassed by my dogs more than the other cats, so he hides a lot, and this is a rare pic of him out in the open. :glugglug |
I'm going to get me one of these little puffs later today after work!!! :thumbsup

Looks like my cat has a few "long lost twins" in this thread.
I'm not sure what kind she is but ppl are always asking if she's a Russian Blue. http://www.xxxoticwebmasters.com/kitty.jpg |

Cosis.. I don't have a front view of the cat here at the office, but I'll post one later tonight... Our cats look IDENTICAL. Same eye color, same everything.... I was shocked when I saw your cats pics.

Edit: Black Cat. What was I thinking? Nevermind.
Cute cats in this thread, by the way. My cat is napping next to me on my loveseat as I type this. SpaceAce |

As an owner of a Bengal I can tell you that they are domestics not exotics - but they are not recognized by all the cat breeding organizations as domestics and there is a reason for that. In my experience, Bengals are pretty much like most domestic cats. They use the litter box on their own, and its not that hard to get them to eat cat food. You do need to feed them certain kinds of food (available from specialist cat stores) and they do require _way_ more attention, esp as kittens, then any other cats I've had in the past. They also require a lot more discipline and training. I spent close to a year and a half doing my best to be patient with my bengal and training her. Ive never had to train a cat on proper behaviour before - in many ways she was and is like a dog that can take care of herself (litter and food). On the plus side she is the smartest and most loyal cat I've ever owned. She greets me at the door, talks to me a lot, takes showers, lies down in front of the door when I try to leave to protest my abscene, sleeps on my legs everynight, follows me around the house, and is always ready to play. And I've trained her to do lots of small tricks - so it was definately worth the patience. Its amazing to watch her jump 8+ feet straight onto the wall unit as well...! :thumbsup |
