Anyone use Cleaner EZ to export video?
Mine keeps crashing everytime I try to export and I don't know why.
I have about 8 gigs available on my harddrive and lots of memory and cpu but when it crashes it crashes my whole machine. The only thing I can think of is that the source video and the export are on the same C drive and I should partition the drive for these 2 files. Is that a reason why it would crash? Does Cleaner crash often for any of you? |

Cleaner EZ out of Premier 6 use to crash all the time on us on a PC, we upgrade to Premier 6.5 and used cleaner 5 with no problems, update again to cleaner 6, (Which btw is friken LIGHT YEARS FASTER) and is been as stable as can be, no crash to date. Best part is Cleaner 6 can now use multiprocessors on a pc, with our enconding system, twin Athlons, 1 gig ram, twin 60 gig drives on IDE raid it does a 1 hour mpg from raw DV in about 20 minutes.
wmf encoding is even faster and the resulting output is much cleaner than the older versions. Just out

Sorry I can't help you with PC Cleaner stuff.
I can say that the audio settings cause lots of problems on the Mac version Trying small audio settings changes Also the destination folder sometimes gets screwed up try a new one Hope this helps on a PC, it works on a Mac I can tell you that most users of Cleaner have a sort of Love/Hate relationship with this program
