Dick Cheney faces suit for alleged accounting fraud.

A Washington-based activist group filed a shareholder lawsuit against U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney on Wednesday, alleging Cheney engaged in accounting fraud when he ran an Texas-based oil services company.

"They overstated their revenues by tens of millions of dollars and that's an understatement," said Larry Klayman, chairman and general counsel at Judicial Watch.

They'll never win the suit, Cheney died last year. That is the rumor that explains why we haven't seen him since Sept. 10th 2001
