i dont see why you would pay for it. im not sure but i think as long as music is old enough you dont have to pay royalties before a certain time period. so that probably counts most classical, etc. but i dont know what you need. one of the guys from lightspeed claims that he can use whatever he wants as long as its not the whole song (they have limb bizkit in their videos) but im guessing that its still copyright infringement.
