tgp site for sale
I really haven't had anytime to finish developing my tgp site. So I might as well sell it to someone that can dedicate some time to it.

Its true that a TGP without a solid bookmark base isn't worth any real $$......but this guy just wants out.
If nothing else this could be a way to pick up a copy of UCJ for a $100 transfer fee, and if Germes would go for it you could just assume his payments on the brownie lease and save some money on that as well. 2 solid scripts for a good bit cheaper than you'd normally have to pay for them. Might be a steal for someone who was planning on starting a TGP or someone looking to upgrade from a free trade script and a review script not as good as brownie.
