Another thing to keep in mind is there is no reporting on the Iraqi side. Every time one of our soldiers so much as twists an ankle its breaking news. We are killing the enemy like crazy. In one battle we killed an estimated 200 and didnt lose a single guy.

I find it sad that you cannot even begin to comprehend the difference between being fired by an employer and being oppressed by a government.

And for the rest of you who think Arnett is such a fucking hero for speaking the "truth," tell us what he accomplished through this other than prolonging the war, endangering lives of both the coalition solidiers and Iraqi civilians.

The game Hussein is playing now is to see who can outlast who.

He knows he cannot win this war. But he thinks he can win a political war. If he can cause enough casualties within the ranks of the coalition he believes we'll turn tail and run...or if he cause enough civilian casualties the world wide opinion against this war will get even uglier and he hopes that pressure will cause the coalition forces to pull out.

It's not going to happen people. This war is on. It will be fought to the finish and the quicker it's done quite possibly means less deaths on both sides.
