So a white guy can walk around with a big ass gun around his neck and not get shot. Plus he can question why he's being arrested. To save lives we need to rewrite the laws to say.
1. Only whites have the right to bear arms 2. Only whites have the rights to resist unlawful arrest We truly do not live in a "Free" nor "Equal Rights" for all society. |

In the end a cop is not judge, trial and jury. None of us wants a cop judging us by their standards ( oh he's in the porn industry smoke him ) BTW I Lived in Baton Rouge & Lafayette (shitholes) the summer before moving to Australia, mostly no sidewalks, huge ditches, humid like a mother fucker with mosquitoes and no shortage of small minded self important judgemental assholes. ( the friends I was staying with excluded ) The stories I could tell :disgust |

The 2nd video clearly shows the cop pull the gun out of the black guy's pocket *AFTER* they shot him in the chest. Which means he was not threatening the cops with deadly force.
It doesn't matter how many convictions the black guy had or how much of a criminal he was, there was no reason for the cops to shoot him. Yeah, one could argue he was resisting arrest. But from the video it doesn't look like the cops lives were in any danger. |

Cop 1 yells gun.
Cop 2 couldn't tell where the gun was and told him not to move Thug keeps fighting with the police Cop 2 shoots him after warning because he doesn't know where the gun is. Cop 1 should have said gun in his pocket so Cop 2 knew the danger was not as severe. So will they be convicted on a misunderstanding that took place in the moment where Cop 2 thought death could have happened? We will find out 9/09/96 aggravated battery 10/31/97 2nd degree battery 1/06/98 simple battery 5/04/00 public intimidation 9/20/00 carnal knowledge of a juvenile 9/04/01 domestic violence 5/24/05 burglary of an inhabited dwelling place 7/11/05 receiving stolen things 9/12/05 burglary of inhabited dwelling place 3/17/06 simple criminal damage to property, simple robbery, simple theft, drug possession, misrepresentation during booking, simple battery, aggravated battery 4/12/06 aggravated battery, simple criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace, unauthorized entry 4/04/08 domestic abuse battery 6/03/09 resisting an officer, drug possession, receiving stolen things, possession of stolen firearm, illegal carrying of a weapon with CDs, sound reproduct without consent 10/12/09 illegal carrying of weapon, marijuana possession 8/13/15 failure to register as a sex offender 4/08/16 failure to register as a sex offender 6/14/16 ecstacy and marijuana possession |

Show me at least one survivor who wipes with the law and feel free like a wind? Those have died about 40 years ago... |
Both cases the cop will get away with the killing. I would bet on it now. No I don't think it is right but it will happen.
In post 50 the guy tells the cop he has a gun and reaches for his wallet right after the cop says put your hands up. The cop will say he was reaching for his gun. No the cop didn't need to shoot him 5 times. He will still walk though. |

A) Reach for your wallet B) Keep your hands where he/she can see them. |

right, you have to wait to be told. i was wondering at the lack of imagination
|
Cops seem very trigger happy these days. They carry around guns and deal with violent shitbags all day, they obviously can't wait to bust off.
|
Thats a good patch just became available for some hahahahahaha selling poor quality DVDs right there
|
so sick of this shit
"What really gets me is that whenever this happens, there?s always an immediate takedown of the dead man?s character," Wilmore said. "So he had a criminal record. Martha Stewart has a criminal record. I don?t remember her being executed in a convenience store parking lot." |
My suggestion to my American friends is that if confronted by Police SHOOT FIRST! Fuck these pigs.

Whats sickening is that every time some scum lo-life gets popped everyone brings his kids in, grieving mamma, he was a good dad shit. This scumbag had 5 kids and lived in a shelter. Was pushing stolen music and movies for "living". Good dad my ass. |

"wipes with the law and feel free like a wind" What the fuck is he talking about? |

So bad that my country is very anti-democratic and it's can't be called "a land of the free" :( You guys in the USA have a much better police I guess. Here is how you should speak to police when they are going to test you for drugs/alcohol w/o a reason: "You have a gun, I'm afraid of you. Step out of my car". The guy just know the Law and declares it to the police officers. |

the cops knew nothing about Elton's criminal record during this altercation that ended in his death. Elton carrying a gun in a carry state was NOT illegal on the face, in terms of what the cops knew at the time. fact: being poor is not a crime. living in a shelter and having kids is not a crime. poverty happens, count yourself blessed this is theoretical to you either way: cops didn't know that either when they pinned him to the ground, removed their body cams and shot him to death. I don't care what kind of people the subjects of systemic, repeated police brutality are. they don't deserve to die for whatever they have done, completely absent the due process that is supposed to make us so called 'civilized' societies. the irony though: y'all are the defending the same sort of street justice usually disparaged here. only differences are skin shades and uniforms and access to structural power and wealth. neither are ok, both issues need to be solved and again, peeps y'all mock are fighting em both I 100% agree with Wilmore in terms of the general character assassination that occurs whenever a Black male is killed though: Like none of y'all have smoked a j, taken a drive, committed a driving law infraction? sure pure as the driven right? And peeps with a y chromosome (and increasingly double-x) with higher levels of melanin die for this. All the fucking time. If that's ok with you I don't even know where to start |
the whole situation is going to be about the white policeman vs a black civilian..
|
|
so basically every black death in hands of cops is a political issue, all of whom interconnect into 1 big systemic racism. there was an AP feed on this that tied in the accidental killing of akai gurley. it was an accident! but apparently its turned into a talking point of police brutalizing blacks.
disgraceful. the hair trigger racism against cops now is making a mockery of the whole situation. :2 cents: |

Fact !!! they did not try to cuff you Fact !!! they did not taze you and finally Super FACT !!! they did not shoot you dead .... These cops are mentally disturbed , and as they see all cops charged of killing black people getting acquitted , they know they will probably get a medal ... with Baddog logo on it. |
