Totally depends on the buyout agreement. Some buyouts expressly stipulate that only assets are transferred. In this case, all prior contracts are not assigned and remain with the seller.

I am part owner in a few different money programs much like Lenz is. With MB though, I am the one that writes the checks.

To me it does not mater if it was a design contest or a deal between Snow and Amp. I do remember talking to Amp about 8 months ago and he never said anything to me about Snow oweing him money for the MafiaPorn.com designs, as I also remember it was a design contest.

Now if Amp feels that he should be paid (no mater what the deal was) I will honor that and write Amp a check.

The whole point is he could have contacted me directly seeming he knows that I have direct dealings with MafiaBucks.

As I said, please let this drop, i'm trying to finish some work up and don't have time to baby sit the board over this subject.
