The issue is Amp build Snow some designs for that old design contest that went down on the message board.

Understand that I have not talked to Amp (about this deal) so I only have one side of the story. Amp built 2 paysite deisgns for a design contest and says that Snow owes him some money. How much I don't know but an ICQ I got from another webmaster said it was $1,000 US.

Snow, like myself and many others went through some hard times in the past. Snow has fixed these issues as much as one person can and in my eyes has taken MafiaBucks to a new level and done a fine job.

I have posted many times if anyone has an issue with me (or my companies) to e-mail, icq or call me. I can handle all issues and solve any problem before it has to goto the public bashing level.

Again, if Amp feels he wants to be paid then I will pay him.

Designers compete with differing designs for the site, snow picked the winner, and its IMPLICITLY understood that winning designer gets paid.

If these are the facts then the guy is owed money

thats all it was.

Plenty of other designs were used by affiliate programs.
GammaCash had their teen Site in there (i think), and i think BoobDollars had a BigBoob site used.

At the time of the design contest many designers were too booked etc, so some used their current workload as an entry.

Then i guess SNow thought he didnt have to pay for the tour after the contest.

Thats why I say, did Lens not pay for http://www.blackbutter.com because it was entered? Did the designer of Gamma's WebYoung (i think) not get paid? Of course they did.

They should have been honored their tours were used as n entry and been glad for the exposure.

If it is 1k thats sad to see that someone cant pay a grand , i thought it was much more than that.

Now.... snow: Your mafia tours were NOT involved with any contest. Let's make that clear right now. It just happened to be that I was building your tour at the same time that MY design contest was going on, and so I used the mafia tour in the contest with your blessing. The tour was not a prize. The contest was not to design a mafiaporn tour. The contest and you were completely separate things.

Lest we be blurring reality here.

btw, I think that was the other way around. Everyone was waiting to see what Amp would come up with that for contest. I think if anything, Mafiabucks got a huge boost because Amp used that design for the contest.
