Here is a little free legal advise. Don't ask for legal advise on an adult web board!

There is no way that your situation is exactly 100% the same as someone that might actually share a legal document with you. So spend the dollars and go to a lawyer and do it right, otherwise you could find yourself a few years fromn now spending many times what it will cost you up front to do it right to start with
