NAT's Question
Nat's 4.0... How do I enable a decline template? I want to take the declines and show the surfer a page with several offers on it... I know we can set up a cascade, but that only shows the surfer one other billing option, and I'm trying to show them a page where we have another billing option plus other non billing options, like sign up to a mailing list, etc...

I'm pretty sure they have a support telephone number as well as several email addresses and instant messaging contact. I suggest you start there and work up.

Did that, waiting for replies... Sometimes they just take to damn long, and this seems like a simple deal, but I can't figure it out in the menu or the wiki....
