These things happen. It's not the first time and it wont be the last.

But why should it be accepted as if the cops did nothing wrong. This time clearly won't be the last and it seems to be getting worse.. Cops today look and tend to act as soldiers not police officers. They are trained and encouraged to have a us vs them mentality and are increasingly being more militarized.

It's not going to get better and it's clearly getting worse.

Again - he was shot NOT because of illegal camping. Illegal camping was merely the reason for cops to arrive. That reason could have been ANY other illegal activity.

For a man to be shot FOR illegal camping the situation must go like this:
Cops arrive and see him illegal camping and shoot him because of that. This was not the case, cops arrived and told him to stop doing illegal activity.
So:
False: Cops shot him because he illegal camped.
True: Cops shot him because he was doing ninja moves.

Titles would not be "cops shot men FOR bank robbery".
Titles like yours are just to play with peoples emotions and anybody with half a brain understands it.
Truth was that he was shot because of "ninja moves" (as stickyfingerz put it) and not because of illegal camping.

He wasn't running down the street attacking people. He wasn't attacking a police officer with a knife.

But don't let pesky facts get in the way of your world view.

Cops wouldn't of been there if he wasn't "illegally camping". I suppose swat and flash grenades are needed for "illegal camping" right? The real point in all this is... cops went to tell a illegal camper to leave. They came prepared in armor and many weapons.. to issue a citation... I'm not the one missing the "point". lmao

Clearly arguing about a title is more important than, cops throwing a flash grenade at a guy that was clearly picking up his stuff to leave. They followed the flash bang grenade up with 6 lead rounds from assault rifles but were then forced to shoot him 3 more times at point blank range with a beanbag shot gun as he lay threateningly motionless on the ground bleeding out. Yet wait they still weren't sure if mr attack ninja illegal camper guy might slay them all, so they released their dog on him to chew on his leg a bit...

Obviously the title is clearly reason enough to justify cops to do all this..

Btw if you watch the video, you can see when he pulled the knives. It was after the cops started their attack on him. He wasn't standing there arguing with them holding knifes. He pulled it out after they threw the flash bang grenade at him.

They essentially escalated the situation to the point they pushed a mentally ill guy into trying to defend himself then they shot him to death. At no point did he ever pull out the knives and threaten them until they attacked him.
