Throughout my life I've heard multiple females use this term "Frozen Cum" but I have no idea what they are talking about? Most recently I saw this on a local craigs ad (NO SPAM) and before that an exGF said her old boyfriend was "playing with FROZEN CUM" and I just laughed it off...but WHAT THE FUCK DOES IT MEAN?
