I've had problems with epoch forms like that before, usually the problem was the password and/or username has to be alphanumeric (numbers AND letters, not just one or the other) and they don't tell you that's why there's an error, just that there was an error.

You could try adding an "a" or a "1" to the end of what you picked and see if that works.
