I have to go along with you guys...

Since Half Baked, Dave Chapelle is the man....

On another note, Robin Williams really suprised me with that HBO special... that was frickin hilarious...

I'd have to say Chris Rock is the best comedian out there bar none.

Not only does he make you laugh...but he makes you think.

He's achieved a certain comedic status that only a few others have achieved...that level where they are treated like rock stars.

You had Richard Pryor, then Eddie Murphy...and now Chris Rock has picked up the torch (of course lit from Richard's hair ) and is carrying it quite well.

There are a bunch of others out there that I truly enjoy watching:
D.L. Hugley
Dave Chapelle and if you haven't caught his new show on the comedy channel I suggest you watch it.
Bernie Mac

just a few of my favorites.

Yep and quite funny too.

He did this bit on a blind white supremacist who didn't know he was black...lol

Once he found out he of course divorced his wife for being a "****** lover." LOL

Wow, nobody here watches much Comedy Central? I don't even think I saw Stephen Lynch's name mentioned...he's GOT to be the funniest mofo on the planet.

He's the one who sings about funny stuff like felching and necrophilia.

There's a show down that just finished on Comedy Central. They're gonna start showing the winners at 2pm on Sunday. Last time I looked, Dane Cook was in the lead and Stephen Lynch was #2.

The Kids In The Hall (collectively)

The old Second City gang (John Candy, Harold Ramis et al)

...and I gotta agree on the Chris Rock vote. Just wait until they release CB4 on DVD. One of the funniest rockumentaries ever.
