Netbilling & the REAL percentage!

Netbilling and people who use them is it true the real percentage is about 11% ?

Eg bank 7-8% , Gateway person 1% , then netbillings fees?

This seems A LOT of money?!?

no real percentage is 8-9%

Bank doesn't take 8% they take 45 cents.

The pro is that you dont' have to deal with the ISPS' bullshit and mega super scrubbing

I'm just playin'

The 3rd party billers absorb lots of fees plus they provide an awful lot of customer service, etc.

the bank takes a discount rate of around 2.40% for visa/mc

now you most likely will have a reserve of around 6% but that doesnt count into the euquation as it is still your money.

netbilling takes 1.5% + 15cents a trans. If you do volume/high tickets they can work with you on this.

so for visa mc thats a total of bout 5%

exactly and if you want their extra scrubbing control package or whatever it's 10 cents per and their 24/7 customer service line is 80 cents per.

I'm surprised this thread made it to 8 posts without Mitch. He normally has ESP about processor related threads.

Hi All,

I made it here in about 10 posts.... :-) My ESP was turned off this morning.

It is a bit more expensive for the UK merchant account. On a $30 average ticket including us ahndling all of your customer service, it will be about 9% toital. Of course it is 2% lower for a domestic merchant account. The great thing is that you will have full control. You can set your own scrub levels for your own sites. I can tell you for a fact that by customizing and controlling the fraud scrubbing using our provided tools, you will typically increase you coonversions 10-20% without seeing an increase in fraud.

Many webmasters still think that if you have your own merchant account, you will have to do your own customer service. This is certainly not true. We manage it all for you. Not to mention, we process checks with excellent scrubbing for only 3.24% and 40¢ per transaction.

Please contact us for a walkthrough of our system.

Thank you, Mitch Farber
