What is the duration of an auction and/or thread and after the auction is complete are these threads going to remain on the forum or be deleted?
The duration of a thread will vary; however, up to a week is possible for a thread to stay happening. The threads can be adjusted to remove asking price and bid histories if needed, or be removed/locked etc. as logical.

Can a reserve selling price be set and will that reserve price be made public?
Yes & Optional. It is possible to list with Make Offer and a private reserve which will be quoted by price range.
