We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition for adult platform targeting the Brazilian market. brPT language is mandatory
The job is remote (BR prefered) and pays 1500 - 3500 USD + bonus
What you’ll do:
• Launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Test audiences, creatives, funnels, campaign structures and messaging angles.
• Monitor and analyze CPA/CPL, conversion rates, ROI, user quality and profitability.
• Work with Martech to validate tracking, attribution and campaign data.
• Manage ad account structure and health, including Business Manager, multiple ad accounts, rejections and blocks, together with Martech.
• Work closely with the creative team to test new concepts, formats and angles.
• Analyze campaign performance using Excel and identify trends and scaling opportunities.
• Maintain campaign documentation, testing history and performance reports.
• Present campaign performance and key insights during the monthly internal performance review.
• Continuously improve acquisition efficiency, traffic quality and profitability while maintaining platform compliance.
What we’re looking for: • Proven hands-on Media Buying experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Previous experience in the adult or dating vertical
• Experience working with the Brazilian market
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, creative testing and optimization.
• Good understanding of tracking, attribution and postbacks.
• Experience setting up tracking platforms such as RedTrack, Voluum or Keitaro is a plus.
• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese is required; English is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
