What you’ll work on
- Launching and managing paid acquisition campaigns
- Testing new traffic sources, GEOs, audiences, and creative angles
- Optimizing campaigns toward profitable subscriptions and repeat purchases
- Analyzing the full funnel from ad click to Telegram activation and purchase
- Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining traffic quality
- Working directly with our team on creatives, landing pages, and funnel improvements
✅ What we’re looking for
- Proven experience with dating or adult traffic
- Strong understanding of campaign testing, tracking, and optimization
- Experience scaling performance campaigns profitably
- Ability to evaluate creatives, angles, funnels, and GEO performance
- Comfort working independently and reporting results clearly
- Experience with Telegram Ads is a major plus
