its 540 scenes . Yes, dont expect them longer than 10 seconds. some actions coming out firm up to 15 sec, but most around 10 sec. bugs, glitches, experiments with prompts and so on: i'd at least double this amount. So 1100-1500 generations. I'm getting 12 sec scene 480p quality in about 6-9 minutes. upscaling to 1080p will take about the same time, so 20 min per I2V scene without 1st frame generation and preparation and prompting. 400 hours of just generating and same time of work extra work on each scene (1st frame generation, preparation and prompting).

~ 800 hours of pure working time just. this is without additional Lora's training, audio and other details. can easily come to over 2000 hours.

what's your budget? for the whole story and per scene

If you are looking again, I would keep the first step very narrow: 3 paid test shots, 16:9, same character, 10-15 sec target, clear script notes, and revision limits. If the test passes, then price the full movie by accepted shots, not by promises.

I have no idea what are you proposing. If I had to pay for all trying their craft and failing I would be broke by now.

If quality target is high, I would structure it as a paid pilot before committing to 30 minutes. Something like 3-5 shots from your script, same character consistency, no weird hands/faces, and clear work-for-hire/licensing terms.

If that passes, then scale shot by shot. We work around AI/content production too, happy to compare notes.

I think Celendina needs to know the real picture before setting his "300 shots x 20 sec" policy. This exact setup he wishes to pay for is not practical for him as well as the creator. It is very important that you dig into the subject to know actual issues. AI creation may seem a good alternative when you are sick of real models, but still, real models are the best option because you dont have to worry about glitches in models and action. Unless the AI videos are so real, people wouldnt like them and still, there is a risk as well as to how you gonna recover the costs. Some guy above has given the real picture and unless you got lots of cash to waste on the guy, dont go for it. Its not actually about talent, its about AI limitations. Even the designer can say I spent 800hrs on this when the real number is 600. When you dont know the subject, he can confuse you with all the technical reasoning. Work with real models, find girls with no tattoos, you sound like you have been doing good in that, just believe in that. Not sure where you are based in, but there are girls in countries like Colombia ( I may be able to contact some because I had ties with a studio there ), they dont have tattoos and everything about them is natural, actually westerners are going there and setup studios, country is poor and girls are available at cheap rates, language can be a barrier but I know some guys there. You are actually risking your business looking into AI. Cannot say it is 100% perfect still.
I actually got here to see if I can work on this, I even tried a model and generated two clips with a free model and the paid plan has 15s, 5Ss generated are good actually. I'm broke right now and got no way to purchase it . If you wish to try let me know.

Before another supplier attempts the full film, I would request one paid 45-60 second continuity test: the same three characters, 4-6 shots, one location, limited dialogue, and delivery of the approved shots plus the failed-render count. That exposes character consistency and revision discipline very quickly.

I now have 2 groups working independently in a consortium, will know better in about 2 months. FYI: there is no circumstance where I would agree to pay for somebody trying to figure out if they can do it or not. Over the year I am after this project ( since Sept 2025) I went thru about 20 developers. All failing or deciding to leave. I would now be broke if I have used your suggestion.
