Your offer sounds relevant, but the main details are missing from the thread. I would repost it as plain text: city, camera and lighting gear, crew size, models you can source, 2257/release workflow, rates per scene or day, turnaround and one safe sample link. We are building a production network and those details make it much easier to match a custom brief.

            Fair:

            BASE / COVERAGE
Based in AT. Shooting primarily Vienna and Prague. Travel within AT/CZ/HU/SK on request; locations sourced by us or client-provided.

            CAMERA
            - Panasonic Lumix S5IIX (full frame, internal 10-bit, ProRes/BRAW-friendly workflow)
            - Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 6K Pro (BRAW, main A-cam for scripted setups) (2x cameras if requested!)
            - GoPro + DJI Pocket 2 for POV, rig and insert angles (GoPro Mission also available per request)
Multi-cam standard: 2-3 bodies rolling. Timecode-synced audio where the format calls for it.

            LIGHTING
2x COB 100-300W bi-color, softboxes, 2x LED panel, RGB practicals, C-stands, flags/diffusion, portable power, Full location kit, no dependence on venue lighting.
            (small LED-light panels also)

            CREW
Default: 1-2 (me + AC/second op). Scalable to 4-5 (lighting op, stills, PA/wrangler) for larger briefs. Solo run-and-gun possible for POV/GG formats if budget-driven.

            TALENT SOURCING
Working relationships and ongoing outreach with EU agencies (ATMLA, JulModels, European Muses) plus direct-booked independents in the Vienna/Prague/Budapest pool. Casting per brief - send look, category and shoot date and I come back with options, rates and availability.

            COMPLIANCE / PAPERWORK
            - 2257-style record keeping: government ID copy, DOB verification, model release, content/scene-specific consent

              Hey there,

Client’s do not care are you kit, sure you do, you put the moment down for it, I clearly you love photography and production. but kit devalues quickly you can pick up a Blackmagic for €500 now.
Put some still together and a reel. And show a sample, it the results that counts. You can have the best kit in the world, but if you do not have the skill, the kit is worthless.
              • What client do want to know:
              • Your talent pool,
              • Your price
              • The Quality off your work
              Agencies do not help.

I wanted to book a model, she was happy and free, I asked her agent, the agent told me it was to far ahead…. I chased the agent, she said she will get back to me…. Other models call me direct; she got the job. The agent lost work for the model, money for herself because the fact was, she was trying to keep the door open for other producers that had better profiles.

Money pays bills, €1000 is still €1000 regardless of whom pays it. So, agencies are fickle and at times and cause more work than solve, if you have an agency that has over 50 models, that not an agency, that’s a money laundering business.
Many agencies have talent list, that are not work as talent… so why the fuck are they listed?

My advice, have a flat rate on talent, and average price, where you could make a gain on one shoot and a lost on another it should balance out for you in the long run. I done what you are trying here, give the clients the lowest price possible, many find it to good to be true, and walk away or you end up out of pocket during to not considering travel cost or agency fee from the model. And I can tell look at the fees you quoted; you have not added 20% agency fees there; remember some people will also have: VAT / TVA
              • Clients like stable prices, if you charge them (as an example €3000) then they can budget for that, know you are going to cost €3000 each time.
Currently in the EU has unstable pricing when it comes to female talent due to Ukraine girls want easy money and thinking they can charge €2000 a scene.

People don’t realise that producing is very draining, even before the day of the shoot, booking negotiating and then all the prepping, picking up talent trying to keep everyone happy. Sure, many of us love the job, but after some time you can lost your enthusiasm and that doers effect your work. So,

Keep that above what I said in mind, keep it simple, keep it smooth and continue to enjoy what you do.

              Regards
