For individual creators, we require the necessary documents for every video they upload (releases+IDs).
For business accounts, we have a simplified verification process: we review the documents for the first three uploaded videos, and after successful verification they can continue uploading without submitting the same documents for every single video. However, upon an individual request or if there are any concerns, we can request model releases and IDs for any specific video at any time. Business producers are required to provide these documents if requested.

I have already sent you an email and provided the consent forms and proof of identity for the actors featured in the pirated videos. However, since many of these pirated videos are blocked in Japan, I can only see the preview images and am unable to access the actual video playback pages.

Sorry, I misspoke. I did contact your support team, but the issue still hasn't been fully resolved. Today, I discovered that the content publication was cancelled because posting duplicate content is not allowed—clearly, it has been pirated again, yet I cannot locate the account responsible for the piracy.

I won't discuss the details of your case on the forum, as this matter may involve sensitive information and documents. We can continue the conversation by email.

In general words, regarding the duplicate content issue, there is also an important point about how we handle situations where the same content may have been legitimately licensed or acquired by more than one party (i.e. not exclusive). If two parties have valid rights to the same content, the fact that one party uploaded it to our platform first does not automatically mean that the other party is violating their rights.
