I have a big adult site. Many videos, Photos, Descriptions. In total around 20000 pages.
Google crawled these pages 3 months ago. None have been indexed. I used an expired domain, maybe it had a bad rep.
What are your suggestions on SEO? How do I get it all indexed?

When Google crawls thousands of pages without indexing any of them over a three-month span, it indicates a structural barrier rather than a simple queue delay. Combining an adult content niche with an expired domain introduces two of the hardest indexing challenges in modern SEO

Google penalizes sites under its Expired Domain Abuse policy when a domain is reused to pass prior authority to new, unrelated content. Additionally, the domain may carry an unresolved manual action or severe algorithmic suppression from its previous owner. Check Google Search Console (GSC) under Security & Manual Actions > Manual Actions. If a manual penalty exists, you must resolve it and submit a reconsideration request. Audit the domain's historical backlink profile in Ahrefs or Semrush; if it has heavy link spam, PBNs, or a complete niche mismatch, moving to a clean, fresh domain is often faster than fighting historical toxicity.

Now generating 20,000 pages for an adult platform usually leads to duplicated boilerplate text, empty category templates, or scraped embed descriptions. Google’s Quality Systems skip indexation for massive drops of near-identical content. You'll need to prune empty or thin pages and focus indexation efforts on your top 500–1,000 unique landing pages first. Add substantial unique text (custom descriptions, act/model metadata, tags, and transcribed details) to break template duplication.

Google applies specialized classifiers to explicit material. If Googlebot encounters aggressive age-gates, full-page overlays, or aggressive interstitial ads, it will block render tree construction and abort indexing

Discovering 20,000 pages at once exhausts crawl budget on unproven domains so try to submit XML sitemaps broken into smaller batches (1,000 URLs per sitemap). Use GSC’s URL Inspection Tool to run a "Live Test" on 5 random video/photo pages. If the test returns "URL is available to Google," request indexing manually for a sample batch to prompt immediate reprocessing

What does GSC Page Indexing report show for those URLs, specifically "Crawled - currently not indexed", duplicate/canonical, noindex, soft 404, etc.?

And on a few affected URLs, what does URL Inspection show for the Google-selected canonical and rendered page? Those two answers would narrow this down considerably.
