Cams Is it still worth starting a white-label cam site today?

    Hey guys,

I used to be involved in the adult affiliate space years ago, mainly promoting Chaturbate through rev-share. I haven’t actively worked on it for a long time, but I still get occasional commissions today from some old users/spenders I referred back then.

I’m thinking about getting back into it and building a clean, mobile-first white-label cam site with a professional design, using Chaturbate’s API/feed instead of just throwing up a basic affiliate page. The idea would be to build an actual brand and start testing paid traffic.

For those of you still active in the cam/adult affiliate space: is this still a viable model in 2026, or has the market changed too much?

Would love to hear from people who are currently running cam sites or buying traffic for them.

    Thanks!

White label cam still converts, but paid traffic to one is brutal now, the CPCs assume you convert on the first visit and rev-share pays out over months. The guys still making it work are getting free or traded traffic and treating the whitelabel as a landing layer. Your old spenders are the real asset tbh, thats a rev-share tail most people dont have. I'd build around niche pages that can rank rather than a generic cam grid.

Sure! You should check out WebcamWiz, the white-label generator operated by PussyCash/ImLive.

We still have plenty of active clean data base cams white-labels that are working and generating earnings. You can customize them however you like and also promote your other brands there.

Yeah, I thought about building a niche cam site, but do people actually search for long-tail porn keywords on Google? Isn’t the more common behavior to go straight to a big tube site and search there?

People do search, just not the way they search for a hotel. Its mostly model names, a fetish plus "cam", or a country/language angle, and those queries are small but they repeat and they convert bc the intent is already there. A generic "live cams" page has no chance, a page about one narrow thing can sit there for years. Most of our traffic on that kind of page came from long tail, not head terms.

What you want, is to run your own cam system, with your own models, your own affiliate program, your own referral program, and your own white-label program. You may want something like this: https://2much.net/miricam.php

If you have a lot of traffic or a recognizable brand where having a whitelabel would convert better than the cam brand, then you should do that. If you don't have a lot of volume or you plan to make a whitelabel like hotxxxlivecamgirlz.net, just send to the brand.

Yeah, I think it’s still possible, but I wouldn’t look at it the same way as it was years ago.

The biggest question for me would be where the traffic is going to come from. If the plan is mainly paid traffic straight into a generic white-label, I’d be pretty cautious. The numbers can get difficult when you’re paying for every visitor and relying on revshare over time.

If you already have some traffic, old users, SEO, or a particular niche you understand, then I think a white-label can make more sense. At least you’re building something around an audience rather than just putting another cam grid online.

I’m biased toward that side of the business, but I’d honestly test the traffic first before spending too much time building the site. If you can get the acquisition side working, then the white-label becomes much more interesting.
