Fake DMCA delistings killing my Chaturbate API sites

    Hi,
I have a few websites that use the Chaturbate API, and they are being hammered by fraudulent Google Search DMCA delistings on my model pages. I run 100% API and I do not host anything on my server, no recorded content. Pure live feed.

I've filed counter-notices going back to 2023 and not a single URL has been reinstated. Submitters I've seen: Bruqi OU, RemoveLabs, Leakless DMCA, Genesis Medya, and many more. The claims are garbage, one says "chaturbate.com is sole owner," one says "not meant for public search indexing" (not even a copyright basis), one claims the model's an OnlyFans creator.

Anyone else dealing with this? Do any of you recognize these submitters? or a known extortion crew? And has anything ever actually got your URLs reinstated?

That’s strange. I had the same situation, and all the URLs were reinstated.

      How are you countering them?

Are you checking to see if they are still indexed? At what time do you check?

You might be doing dmca form wrongly?

Since you got all yours back, would you mind sharing exactly how you filed? On the "Why are you requesting reinstatement?" screen, which option did you pick, and what did you write in the justification box? I choose "I am not the owner, but I am authorized to use the content."

I counter through the g.co/legal counter form. I state it's an authorized Chaturbate API embed, nothing hosted on my server. I check by searching the exact URL in Google; some of these are from 2025 and still deindexed, so it's not a timing thing. I'm starting to think I'm filling the form wrong, which is why I asked.

The way you word it might make Google consider it duplicate content. Your category sounds right. Maybe experiment on just a couple of them with simply saying you are an authorized affiliate without so much detail and see if that works?

I wouldnt use the terms 'authorized affiliate' instead say you have 'a valid license to use the content' and send a copy of the CB Terms of Service that grants you limited use of the content as per the affiliate agreement.

Yes, I choose "I am not the owner, but I am authorized to use the content."
I am filling the truth: the content is not hosted on my site - it is live from the Chaturbate API.

That's exactly what I've been doing (same option, same "not hosted, live from the CB API" wording). After a few days or weeks, do you also receive an email asking you to confirm your address?

I got one from Rulta today on a domain that they had whitelisted previously. One thing I noticed when reading through all of it is that Rulta now says they have a USA address. Is that true and does anyone know their address or business name in the USA?

They can always claim they filed takedowns "in good faith" until you email them. After that each bogus DMCA is piling against them.

Google appeals isn't always forwarding your appeal to the complainant, they're unreliable.
